What is the problem with Q10 deficiency?
The body can produce Q10 itself. In addition, we take in very small amounts of Q10 through our diet. With increasing age and also with the the use of cholesterol lowering medicine such as statins, the body‘s own Q10 production decreases.

The bioavailability of the Q10-Complex+ is over 18 times more efficient than that of conventional Q10 preparations. Per
daily dose 100 mg Coenzyme Q10 (of which 20 mg from Q10-Complex+) are made available to the body. The mixing ratio with 20 mg Q10-Complex+ and 80 mg coenzyme Q10 is optimal for bioavailability.
How is that possible?
The fat-soluble (lipophilic) Q10 molecules are embedded in a ring of glucose molecules (the so-called cyclodextrins) in such a way that is resulsts in a hydrophilic (water-loving) outer surface and inside a lipophilic, i.e. fat-friendly, cavity. The Q10 molecule remains in this cavity until it reaches the intestine. There it is transported individually to the intestinal wall by the cyclodextrin molecules where it can be absorbed, while the cyclodextrin is broken down or excreted.

in the seeds of the red grapes. The resveratrol content of one capsule of Cardio Protect Q10 Herzkapseln corresponds to the content of approximately one bottle of red wine or 1 kg of red grapes.
