Trend towards gluten-free diet
More and more people want to consciously feed gluten-free and increasingly refrain from gluten-containing products such as pasta and bread. Young women between the ages 20 and 39, in particular, are consciously eating gluten free, according to a recent study. The adhesive protein gluten is found mainly in cereals such as wheat, spelt, rye or barley. When you prepare your own food at home, a gluten-free diet is well feasible. However, if you eat outside, for example in the restaurant or in the canteen, it is relatively difficult to eat completely gluten-free.
Gluten-free does not always equal gluten-free!
A product being labelled as 'gluten-free' does not mean it is really completely gluten-free. Thus for oats, for example, which are labelled 'gluten-free', it only means that the gluten content of these products must not exceed 2 mg/100 g. For other products which are gluten-free according to the list of ingredients but have a high proportion of grain (e.g. breakfast cereals, corn, rice, potato flour or semolina products, etc.), there is a contamination risk, i.e. These products could contain traces of gluten which can cause symptoms for those affected by celiac disease or gluten-sensitivity.

Each capsule contains 60 mg prolyloligopeptidase (34,800 PPI) (PPI = Protease Picomole International) and 40 mg of Calcium.
Adults take 1-2 capsules with some liquid at each meal. If necessary the dosage can be increased to as many as 10 capsules (e.g. at meals possibly containing increased residual gluten). The capsules can also be opened by pulling them apart and the content taken with cold or lukewarm food (<40 °C, 104 °F).
