EPA 1000 mg is a preparation for a controlled supply of the omega-3-fatty acid EPA. EPA 1000 mg aditionally contains vitamin E, which helps to protect your cells from oxidative stress. This can possibly reduce inflammations in rheumatic processes.
It is almost impossible to get a high daily intake of EPA only through your daily diet – one would need to eat a very large amount of fresh, high-fat fish on a daily basis, to provide the body with large porportions of the needed EPA.

Active ingredients
Omega-3-fatty acids ( highly concentrated, with a high percentage of EPA 66,75%, 1000 mg EPA per day) and vitamin E. 4 capsules contain 2000 mg highly concentrated nordic-ocean fish oil and 1000 mg EPA, 120 mg DHA, 51 mg vitamin E.
Recommended intake
4 capsules daily, unchewed with some liquid. After three month the amount can be reduced to 2 capsules daily.
