Recommended intake:
Zell Oxygen® plus is a concentrate; therefore, depending on your needs, take 20–30 ml (2–3 tablespoons) per day diluted in 200–270 ml of a beverage of your choice, either with or after meals, all at once or spread out over the day. We recommend taking it with apple juice. Shake well before use to mix the natural ingredients!

Zell Oxygen® plus is a scientifically developed liquid micronutrient supplement for daily use. At the heart of the supplement are the Dr Wolz® enzyme yeast cells, which are produced using a special oxygen-enzyme fermentation process. The formula combines these yeast cells with a carefully selected range of essential vitamins and trace elements.
Unlike conventional brewer’s yeast or dried yeast, the Dr. Wolz® enzyme yeast cells are not inactivated by heat or drying, but remain fresh in the liquid end product. As the structure of the yeast cell bears biological similarities to human cells, the nutrients contained within the cell are present in their natural, organically bound form, which enables excellent nutritional absorption (bioavailability) in the body.
The functional effects of Zell Oxygen® plus are supported by the officially approved European health claims relating to the vitamins and trace elements it contains:

Yes, the product is designed for long-term, daily use as a dietary supplement. As the dosage of the vitamins and trace elements it contains (such as zinc, selenium and the B vitamins) is tailored to physiological reference values, there is no risk of overdose provided the recommended intake is followed. It can be taken either on a long-term basis or as a course of treatment (e.g. over a period of several weeks during periods of increased stress).
Although this is a natural micronutrient supplement, the product should not be consumed by the following groups of people:
- Children and young people under the age of 18: Due to the alcohol content resulting from the manufacturing process, the liquid concentrate is generally not suitable for minors.
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women: As a precautionary measure during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding, the consumption of any alcohol-containing preparations should be avoided; therefore, taking this product during these stages of life is not recommended.
- People with a yeast allergy: People with a medically diagnosed, genuine allergy to yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) must not take this product. (Note: This does not apply to the widespread gastrointestinal overgrowth caused by Candida fungi).
- People with disorders of uric acid metabolism (e.g. gout): As yeast cells naturally contain purines, people with significantly elevated uric acid levels or a pronounced tendency towards gout should consider the implications of consumption in advance. However, the amount of purines consumed in excess of the recommended daily intake is very small and can usually be easily calculated as part of a normal diet.
