How should Darmflora plus select complex* be taken?
The maximum daily dose is four capsules. Ideally, two capsules should be taken in the morning and two in the evening with sufficient liquid, alongside a meal. Anyone taking Darmflora plus select intens on a long-term basis can reduce the daily dose to two capsules.
As the product introduces live organisms into the body, which must first get used to them, a lower dose is advisable at the start, for example one capsule a day. Gradually, the intake can be increased to up to 4 capsules a day.
The flexible dosing options of Darmflora plus select complex are particularly beneficial when taking antibiotics at the same time. In such cases, the product should be taken as far apart from the antibiotics as possible.

Recommended intake:
