Bioactive ingredients for comprehensive support
In addition to its unique enzyme-rich yeast cells, Zell Oxygen® Immunkomplex contains a high proportion of beta-glucans, as well as the essential trace elements selenium and zinc, a broad spectrum of vitamins and valuable phytochemicals from a diverse range of selected, concentrated fruit and vegetable complexes. Zell Oxygen® Immkomplex¹ is a natural nutritional supplement in liquid form that was specifically developed to support the immune system, revitalize the body, and reduce fatigue.1-3 At the heart of the product are Dr. Wolz® enzyme yeast cells. These are not dried or heated but remain in their biologically active, liquid, natural form. This orthomolecular nutrient complex is combined with a variety of phytochemicals from selected fruit and vegetable concentrates, as well as specific immune-relevant trace elements and vitamins.
- Directions: Since this is a highly concentrated elixir, Zell Oxygen® Immunkomplex should be taken diluted. It is best to stir it into 200 ml of a cold beverage—apple juice, orange juice, or water are ideal.
- Important usage note: The product must never be mixed with hot beverages! Temperatures above 40 °C denature the enzymes and destroy the live yeast cells, causing the product to lose its biological value.

- People with yeast allergies: Individuals with a rare, clinically diagnosed true allergy to yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) must not consume this product. (Note: This does not apply to gastrointestinal yeasts such as Candida).
- Gout patients (in cases of high sensitivity): Since yeast cells naturally contain purines, people with severe gout or significantly elevated uric acid levels should monitor their intake. However, the daily dose provides only a very small amount of purines, which is generally safe in everyday use.
