Preparation Made Easy
Consume once a day – in the morning, at noon or in the evening, before a meal or as a snack.
The shake is also suitable for oat days.
Directions for use:
1. Add 6 heaped measuring scoops of powder to 300 ml of water
2. Shake vigorously in a shaker or, alternatively, stir well in a glass with a spoon.

Frequently asked Questions
Dr. Wolz uses a special Scandinavian oat variety with an exceptionally high content of beta-glucans. While conventional oats typically contain only around 3 to 5 percent beta-glucans, this special oat provides as much as 23 percent. Thanks to a particularly gentle milling process, a large proportion of the starch is removed while the valuable beta-glucans and their high molecular weight are largely preserved. This means that just 18 g of the special glucan oat are sufficient to provide 4.0 g of beta-glucans, with only around 48 kcal. By comparison, with conventional oats, you would need to consume significantly larger quantities to obtain the same amount of beta-glucans, resulting in an intake of almost 400 kcal.
