For the dietary treatment of increased cholesterol levels with the unique Mediterranean Caromax™ dietary fibre (carob)
Cholesterinreduktion Dr. Wolz
For the dietary treatment of increased cholesterol levels with the unique Caromax™ dietary fibre (carob) of Mediterranean origin.
Our daily intake of dietary fibre has decreased from 60 – 100 to about 20 g over the last 100 years due to changed dietary habits. The German Society for Nutrition, however, considers at least 30 g to be necessary. The intake of increased amounts of dietary fibre has been found to be beneficial for cardiovascular health.
Particularly valuable are the dietary fibres which have been preserved within their natural plant community. This requirement is met by the new carob dietary fibre Caromax™ .
The carob tree grows in Mediterranean countries, mainly in Andalusia where carob husks have been a traditional food since time immemorial.
Regular consumption of Cholesterinreduktion Dr. Wolz has been shown to reduce undesirable LDLs by 12.1 % and total cholesterol by 7.8%.
An increased cholesterol level is unfavourable for the health of the blood vessels. Homocysteine has also been identified as an adverse factor for vascular health. To influence homocysteine (occurs in protein metabolism), Cholesterinreduktion Dr. Wolz contains the vitamins B6, B12, folic acid and lecithin. The innovative Caromax™ carob tree fibres are therefore a healthy dietary food supplement. What effect does Cholesterinreduktion Dr. Wolz have?
- Reduces cholesterol
- Scientifically tested
- High antioxidant potential
- Favourably influences the homocysteine level
- Promotes digestion and regulates bowel movements
- Prebiotic, i.e. promotes the beneficial lactic acid bacteria of the intestinal flora
Ingredients:
What does Cholesterinreduktion Dr. Wolz contain?
Cholesterinreduktion Dr. Wolz has as its main component the Mediterranean carob tree fibre Caromax™ which is obtained by a special, very mild, patented process. Only the carob husks and not the seeds are used.
The high quality plant fibres (lignin), and the secondary plant substances familiar to us from red wine or green tea are concentrated. The antioxidant property, for example, is three times greater than in blueberries and higher than in other fibre materials. The fibres also contain minerals and trace elements. Only Caromax™ fibres feature these properties, tested by nutritional scientists, “for the dietary treatment of increased cholesterol levels”.
Lecithin plays an important role in lipid and protein metabolism for the health of the blood vessels and therefore valuably complements the effect of Caromax™ fibres, as do B6, B12 and folic acid.
Inulin promotes the lactic acid bacteria flora of the intestine and thus also improves the utilisation of dietary fibres.
Since these carob husks have been consumed for thousands of years in the Mediterranean region, Cholesterinreduktion Dr. Wolz is a natural, plant-derived food for the dietary treatment of increased cholesterol levels.
